Job Description

PC Techs and Parts is currently looking to build our customer service staff. We have a current opening in our Tacoma locations.

A typical day would include, answering phone calls, updating listings on various e-commerce web sites, price comparisons from competitors, working within excel worksheets, inputting and correcting data, pricing and errors in the listings. You would need the ability to work with minimal supervision, however support is always available. Good attendance is a requirement for this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Tracking back orders
  • Processing phone orders
  • Processing returns
  • Data entry & Sales tracking
  • Processing online orders from our online venues ( Amazon, Shars.com E-bay)
  • Shipping and freight quotes
  • Replying to email
  • Processing warranty claims
  • The ideal candidate should have:
  • Familiarity with ecommerce websites
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google mail
  • Some Quickbooks knowledge (not required but a plus)
  • Prior office experience
  • Capability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Word: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Phone: 2 years (Required)
